RNA guide hIGH-2

CRISPR guide RNA (gRNA), designed to target the human IGH locus, precisely between the J6 joining segment gene and the intronic enhancer Eμ regulatory element. When used with the CRISPR/Cas9 system, this guide sequence, 5'-CCCTGCTCTCATCAAGA^CCG(GGG)-3', ensures precise double-stranded break 3 bp upstream of the PAM recognition sequence (indicated in parentheses).
