nitR_L117S
This protein is expected to bind to valerolactam. It is modified by our team by mutating the 117th residue leucine to serine. We have modified the protein as it was reported that L117S is a mutant of nitR which is the most sensitive to ε-caprolactam. This protein is found present in Alcaligenes faecalis. [1]
