RiboJ+RBS
This sequence containes a riboJ sequence designed to split mRNA, post-transcription, in order to divide a bimodal protein expression system under the control of a single promoter. The riboJ is followed by an RBS with a predicted translation initiation rate of 37086.88 (from DeNovo DNA salis calculator). This RBS translation rate is specific to the three-part complementation system and is designed to match the translation rate for the RBS directly following the promoter on pSEVA341 (item number BBa_K4215000). The sequence is golden gate compatible with BbsI.
