rrnB terminator B. subtilis

  • The rrnB terminator is a strong terminator in B. subtilis and can be universally applied to control transcription termination of any gene of choice.

We used the rrnB terminator to terminate transcription of the reporter proteins in all genetic circuit designs for B. subtilis.
