Ferritin light chain-flag-Ferritin heavy chain

This is a fused protein consisting of the light chain of Ferritin, a flag tag and the heavy chain of Ferritin. It can seem unusual to put the tag in the middle of the whole peptide, but the flag tag does work well and not cause negative impacts to the function of Ferritin. It has been tested by researches and we just conserved these design. The flag tag can be well-recognized by corresponding antibody and we performed western blot to detect it expression. Due to the lack of time, we cannot purify it but the presence of the tag ensures the future work.

As the result of western blot shows, we have successfully expressed this chimeric Ferritin in Saccharomyces cerevisiae and it can be recognized by anti-flag.
