BGH(rc)/shRNA6(rc)/RSV(rc)/CMV_TetO2(fw)

RSV promoter driving a designed, synthetic shRNA-like miRNA followed by the BGH terminator. Those elements are all rc, CMV promoter near RSV drives in the opposite direction (fw) followed by a double Tet operator. This part can be used for regulation the expressio of any GOI via the Tet System.
