KanR-BA-BsaI (for construction of BA BioBytes 2.0)

BioBytes Assembly Method 2.0 base plasmid v.1 containing the kanamycin resistance gene. Digestion with BsaI allows for the addition of any other BA linker style part to the plasmid.


Usage and Biology

This plasmid is used to create BA linker style parts for the BioBytes Assembly Method 2.0.
