RFP-BA-BsaI (for construction of BA BioBytes 2.0)

Base Plasmid v.2 for the construction of new BioBytes-v2. The RFP cassette can be removed using the BsaI enzyme and a new BA linker style part may be inserted into the plasmid allowing for testing of the part with the BioBytes Assembly System-v2.


Usage and Biology

This plasmid is used to create BA linker style parts for the BioBytes Assembly Method 2.0. The RFP coding cassette provides a selection method for your parts.
