crtB-AB (BioBytes 2.0)

One of the protein required in the lycopene pathway. This is a naked ORF in that it does not include a promoter or RBS sequence. This part is based of the Cambridge 2009 E.Chromi project. The Promoter, and terminator are intended to be reconstituted with adjoining linker style Bytes in the BioByte V.2 Assembly Method.
