Applications of BBa_K321003

We used the CD3 zeta ITAM-containing intracelluar signaling domain as an activation module for our project. We used it in our chimeric antigen receptors. Specifically, we used CD3 zeta in our ANDN logic gate, and showed increased killer cell activation with it when the target cell expressed its antigen alone.
