E. coli TnaA (tryptophanase) downstream region (500bp)

E. coli TnaA (tryptophanase) downstream region (500bp)

This is part of a set of two biobricks (with TnaA upstream region -BBa_K322705-). It is to be used for targeting genes to the TnaA (Tryptophanase, which responsible for indole production in E. coli) with the BRIDGE recombineering method.

Any biobrick can be inserted between the upstream and downstream regions of TnaA, then inserted into the E. coli genome without leaving a marker using BRIDGE. Because it does not leave a marker, this method can be used repeatedly, and one could potentially replace the whole genome with biobricked versions.

This part is made of the 500 bases downstream of the TnaA stop codon.
