Design Notes

Beware of an additional XbaI site between J23100 and J61107. Its presence facilitates promoter swapping. Thus, utilizing this construct as back insert (XbaI, PstI) will cause the loss of J23100. The construct is forward insert friendly (EcoRI, SpeI).
