PAO102

A gene from Pseudomonas aeruginosa encoding a kind of carbonic anhydrase to converse CO2 to bicarbonate.

Usage and Biology

The gene PAO102 is native in Pseudomonas aeruginosa and can speed up the conversion between CO2 and bicarbonate, which is used to address the excessive CO2 released from P. aeruginosa.
