constitutive promoter +RBS+LacI+RBS+LuxR

Constitutive promoter (BBa_J23106) always express the downstream genes, LacI and LuxR (BBa_C0062).

LacI can inhibit the activity of the promoter PLac. So that genes on the second device would'nt express. If there is AHL surrounding, LuxR and AHL will form the complex to induce the expression of the promoter PcIIp22(BBa_K145150) on device F.

When lactose is added into the medium, lactose binds with lacI (BBa_K091121) repressor and releases the inhibition of B strand, so the PlacI (K091110) promoter starts transcripting GFP-LVA(BBa_K145015). Then, the medium turns into green in Lactose-accession phase.
