flexible linker

The flexible linker is used to link AlkB2-Rd45 with AdhA in our project, so that they can be expressed as a whole.

Usage and Biology


Fig.1 The location of the flexible linking in the plasmid.

The flexible linker link the two enzymes together, improving the efficiency of degradation.
