Transfection of the plasmid into E. coli EcN synthetic engineering bacterium FMK and gavage to mice with intestinal inflammation, it can be found that the shortening of the length of the mouse colon is restored, the recruitment of immune cells is inhibited, the intestinal beneficial bacteria are enriched, the diversity of the intestinal flora is increased, and the up-regulation of pro-inflammatory factors and anti-inflammatory factors down-regulation are inhibited accordingly. The above results indicate that the gene elements designed by our team can fully exert the expected effect in the vector cell EcN with good results.
