Design Notes

Although this part complies with one of the RFC 10 or Type IIS standards, it is inconsistent with the standards upheld by other basic parts. As a result, the composite component formed by their combination has illegal sites, necessitating a synonymous mutation. Mutate the base pairs at 1131bp,144bp,1149bp,60bp of orfZ from g/c to a/t.Mutate the base pairs at 414bp and 1161bp of ogdA from a/t to c/g.
