Lac Promoter (BBa_R0010) and RBS (B0034)

This part is a composite of the Lac promoter (BBa_R0010) and a ribosome-binding site (BBa_B0034). The purpose of this part is to simplify the construction of BioBrick parts. This part can be used when it is not necessary to test multiple ribosome-binding sites, and the high-efficiency BBa_B0034 part will suffice. It is functional and IPTG induced.
