This part properly acted as RFP reporter.

Excitation peak: 584 nm, Emission peak: 607 nm


The Chiba iGEM team tested this part in several conditions. Experiment Condition

  • AHL concentration of medium : 100 nM
  • Time when we observed mRFP fluorescence : 24 h (since we permeated AHL to this RFP)
  • medium : 1(left) or 5%(right) agar and 10 mL of LB-Amp, Cm medium
