Im7-an immune protein with high affinity to CL7
The Im7 is an immune protein that has a high affinity with CL7(an engineered variant of colicin CE7), and their affinity allows CL7-linker-sfGFP (another composite part we registered) to bind to InaK-linker-Im7, thus anchoring the entire system to the membrane surface. Consequently, the InaK-linker-Im7-CL7-linker-sfGFP system is displayed on the surface of the membrane. Additionally, the sfGFP is a green fluorescent protein, which can verify the success of anchoring, and then it can be replaced with single-chain antibodies, nano-antibodies, etc., to play a targeting role. It should be noted that the system we designed uses the high affinity of CL7 and Im7, so some components can be flexibly replaced according to needs, and are suitable for different use scenarios according to different needs. For example, we can according to different cells to replace the ice nucleated protein, or according to different targeting targets to replace sfGFP with different single-chain antibodies, nano antibodies and so on.
