Applications of BBa_K239015

Test device for BBa_K239000. Designed to detect misfolding of proteins in the periplasm or shear stress. Is activated by in stationary phase, organic chemicals like Toluene, 1-octanol, and by metals such as Copper and Iron, which can cause protein misfolding in E.coli cells.
