Design Notes

The length of this linker is useful to produce a connection to another part and produce great distance between two parts. The long distance produced by the linker reduces possible sterical interferences and increases the distance from the protein Fok_i to the DNA when it is linked to a DNA binding protein. We had to prove the choice of distance between two parts and the distance between our protein domain Fok_a and Fok_i.
Designed according to the RFC 25.
