ProgRAM recording tape 2.2

The part encodes an RNA tape designed to record biological events in cells. Recording cellular events utilizing REPAIR RNA editing would result in sequential deamination of adenosine bases in START codons, therefore generating +1 ORF switch. In comparison to the tape in state zero, two first START codon has already been disrupted by deamination of adenosine to guanosine, while the third one is still present.
