Inspection of the nucleotide sequence reveals that the homing endonuclease has an LVA degradation tag attached to the end of the sequence. Sequencing has indirectly confirmed the sequence of this part. Namely, the sequence of BBa_K142202, that was constructed using this part, has been fully confirmed.
