hok/mok
The gene encoding a kind of toxic protein that can lead to bacteria death, whose mRNA will be repressed by sok antisense RNA.
Usage and Biology
The gene hok/mok can encode a kind of toxic protein that can lead to cell death. We take advantage of this characteristic and take it as the switch of the suicide system.

For convenience, we set hok/mok and sok as a whole and didn't prepare both of them separately.
