Sources

The codon-optimized nucleotide sequence from Pseudomonas putida adapted to Pseudomonas putida was obtained using the Codon Optimizer Tool from Integrated DNA Technologies codon optimizer tool. This step permits optimize codon usage, lower complexity and minimize secondary structures. The Part was obtained through IDT gBlock synthesis.
