Design Notes

Glycine and serine are very suitable for repetitive sequences. The properties zwitterionic and hydrophile prevent the aggregation of the linker. The difference to our SEGLinker is that the sequence produced contains some threonine amino acids.
The sequence has no cleavage site for proteases.
