T7 promoter-shRNA-T7 terminator-Golden Gate Assembly Site

This sequence contains T7 promoter, GFP targeted shRNA(BBa_K5269019), T7 terminator and Golden Gate Assembly Site(GGA Site) which includes tac promoter(BBa_K5269033), BsmB I insert (BBa_K5269032), and L3S2P21 terminator as the Golden Gate Assembly Site (GGA Site). The GGA Site used in this sequence has the same basic structure as BBa_K5269020, but the sequence is slightly different. This sequence is a linearized pBluescript II SK(-) In-Fusion reverse primer 3 (BBa_K5269028) and pBluescript II SK(-) In-Fusion forward primer 3 (BBa_K5269029). In-Fusion to pBluescript II SK(-). This allows for shRNA production and Golden Gate Assembly of Surface displayed protein.
