Design Notes

The cloning steps were planned theoretically before we started the work in the wet lab. We used the middle linker because its length of 24bp is a bit shorter than the split linker we used. We had to find a compromise between connection stability and possible sterical interference between the single parts. The parts are fused according to RFC 25.
