Design Notes

The short length of the linker is useful to produce a stable connection to another part. The short distance produced by the linker reduces the distance from the protein Fok_a to the DNA when it is linked to a DNA binding protein. We had to proove the choice of distance between two parts and the distance between our protein domain Fok_a and Fok_i.
