Applications of BBa_F1610

We applied and improved F1610 to construct luxI signaling device regulated by temperature. This part is BBa_K193001, which contains R0051 and F1610. LuxI expression is regulated by temperature-sensitive cI protein. -Tokyo tech 2009-10-20
