The alphafactor V1 optimised for S. cerevisiae BBa_K5143009 was fused to mruby2 chromoprotein BBa_K5143014 in order to test the trancriptional activation of GAP promoter BBa_K4081994 and to test also the secretion of mruby2 by the alphafactor. This composite part has been synthesised.
