Applications of BBa_K5143025
We transformed Saccharomyces cerevisiae with this part digested by XhoI restriction enzyme (<a href="https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K5143024" target="_blank">BBa_K5143024</a>). <a href="https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K5143024" target="_blank">BBa_K5143024</a> part was designed to incorporate S. cerevisiae genome by cross recombination at Ura locus.
