AtCPR1
"AtCPR1 is a NADPH cytochrome P450 reductase found in Arabidopsis thaliana. It contains two domains, one with binding sites for FAD, flavin adenine dinucleotide, and NADPH, nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide; the other with binding site for FMN, flavin mononucleotide. The reductase is responsible for electron transfer from the electron source, NADPH, to other enzymes, in our context ShZPO; or to react with various chemicals on its own.
This is a part in our collection where we enable the production of 7-epi-zingiberene, 9-hydroxy-zingiberene, and 9-hydroxy-10,11-epopxy-zingiberene from IPP and DMAPP in E. Coli.
Our part collection can be used to help and inspire future teams to design and perfect sesquiterpene production in E. coli, adding to the collection."
