sfGFP (human codon optimized)
Human codon optimized sequence of superfolder Green Fluorescent Protein (sfGFP) [1]. The start codon is not included.
sfGFP is a mutated version of GFP (BBa_E0040) designed for stability and better folding. This variant of sfGFP can be used as a reporter of gene expression in mammalian cells.
