Twister P1 + T7_RBS + H. ex mtSSB + stem-loop

Introduction

This composite part is composed of Hypsibius exemplaris mitochondrial single-stranded DNA binding protein (H. ex mtSSB) and improved ribozyme-assisted polycistronic co-expression system：pRAP. H. ex mtSSB can coat ssDNA to limit damage during desiccation and UV radiation.

Usage and Biology

We constructed SAHS 33020 into pRAP to endow E. coli with desiccation-resistant and anti-UV capability. And this composite part can cooperate with BBa_K4765112 to increase the survival rate of E.coli under desiccation.
