ASR6(node 112)
Node 112 is the ancestral sequence of PETase predicted by constructing a phylogenetic tree using specific algorithm based on some enzymes that have been reported to be capable of hydrolyzing plastics. That is to say, it is an ancient protein that we resurrected, and it is speculated to have excellent properties such as good temperature stability and mutation stability. In this project, we will use machine learning for prediction, mutate node112, and find variants with excellent properties.
