Applications of BBa_K210002

iGEM Kyoto 2009 By BBa_K210007(this parts and URA3 generator, inserted in pSB1A2), we transformed the yeast which is lack URA3 gene. The yeast can make colonies on CSM plate. This suggests that this part makes plasmid stable through cell divisions; the copy number keeps one.
