This part was designed as a gBlock fragment and ordered from IDT. C-terminal 6xHis tag was added for purifications.

Source

This part was based on protein sequences NDM-2 (F2YZ26) and NDM-5 (A0A2S1PIF3). The final sequence was codon-optimized for optimal expression in E. coli.
