T7 / Breast Cancer / Endometriosis / Ovarian Cancer / PCOS / Double Terminator

Our switches, BBa_K4642021, BBa_K4642005, BBa_K4642028 and BBa_K4642014 are multiplexed allowing us to detect 4 diseases at once. Each switch has their own binding site and reporter protein depending on the condition the switch is designed to detect. This composite part is a recreation of this circuit without the associated anti-miRNA of the switches.
