What is it?
CRISPR/Cas9 is a gene editing technology used to inhibit the expression from the targeted sequence inducing DNA to activate its self-repair process. sgRNA will be attached to the CRISPR/Cas9 to target the desired area.
Usage and Biology
This system (QS suicide system) is a system that will self-start when our engineering bacteria are lost to the nature.In this case, as we add this QS suicide system in to engineering bacteria, it can take precaution against the danger of the engineering bacteria’s leakage.

Applications of BBa_K4329007 by BS_United_china 2023
BS_united_China 2023: Using our last year's design BBa_K4329007, BS_United_China 2023 designed a new sgRNA for targeting ATP synthase subunit Cin E.coli, ensuring that the powerhouse of E. coli is 100% destroyed. Also, another new sgRNA sequence is designed by changing the targeting sequence of BBa_K4329007, generating the sgRNA targeting at the RNA polymerase of the engineering E.coli, so as to stop its protein from producing and eventually leading to its death.
