Applications of BBa_K4895056

Inserted into K12 strain E. coli to test defluorination capabilities for bioremediation of poly- and perfluoroalkyl substances. Demonstrated moderate growth when plated on M9 minimal media imbued with 2,2-Difluorohexanoic acid.
