Histag OmpA mCherry
Histag GST OmpA mCherry is a fusion protein or construct in which a protein of interest is tagged with both a histidine tag (for purification purposes), a GST tag (for additional purification or binding applications), and is potentially directed to the bacterial outer membrane via the OmpA signal sequence. Additionally, the mCherry tag may allow for the visualization of the protein's location or expression within a cell or organism. This part is used for preliminary verification of secretion efficiency.
