Introduction

mScarlet, a truly monomeric red fluorescent protein with record brightness, quantum yield (70%) and fluorescence lifetime (3.9 ns)[1].

Usage and Biology

We constructed mScarlet into the compositeBBa_K4765119(ribozyme test: constitutive expression) and BBa_K4765120(ribozyme test: T7 leaky expression) to test the effiency of twister ribozyme and stem-loop.
