Mcc01 - Pantoea microcin 1

This part contains code for a microcin which is an antimicrobial peptide targeting bacteria that are close relatives to the bacteria that natively produces them. These microcins are used in our project in an attempt to selectively kill the pathogen (this microcin will target Pantoea sp.). <img src="orangutan.jpeg" class= "center" width="100"
