CBD-ProThr box-AnCDA chitin deacetylase and cellulose binding domain fusion protein

We fused a linker connected to a cellulose binding domain to the N-terminus of deacetylase AnCDA to ensure a higher degree of deacetylation. For protein purification 6x his-tag was added to the N-terminus of cellulose binding domain.
