ASR1-M40E-F

The primer was designed to perform site-directed mutation which was defined as a forward primer. It can mutate base sequence which is on code 59 and coding the 40th amino acid from methionine to glutamic acid. According to Codon preference in E.coli, GAA has the highest possibility coding alanine.
