Design Notes

Since TDC is present in many species, it is best to select the sequence of species with high biological activity in the Escherichia coli system(the one used in our project) during the project to solve the problem of low 5-HT production.

The original sequence of tryptophan decarboxylase(TDC) was derived from the genome of the organism Oryza sativa Japonica Group (Japanese rice). Organism: Oryza sativa Japonica Group (Japanese rice)
