Debug Constituvie MG1655

Input

dpB.008 is an Input device that can transcribe an electrical signal into the production of a protein. They are can be used to pass on signals to the Processors and downstream our signal processing pipeline. They can also be used as standalone for prototyping and debug of for specific applications

Transcriptional unit made to debug the activity of pSoxR promotor with a RFP.DpB.002 can be use an Input device that can transcribe an electrical signal into the production of a protein. BBa_K4216033 is part of the Inputs for our project, here we build a debug for our processor, the CDS of CinR do not depend of any exterior output and is constantly expressed, CinR can act as a transcriptional factor for our "processors" (BBa_K4216035/6/7) and this part is just to test if our parts can communicate with each other. No Characterisation was made for this part because our system was already working with inducible inputs such as BBa_K4216027/8.
