Debug pOxyS Plamsid

Input

dpB.004 is an Input device that can transcribe an electrical signal into the production of a protein. They are can be used to pass on signals to the Processors and downstream our signal processing pipeline. They can also be used as standalone for prototyping and debug of for specific applications

Transcriptional unit made to debug the activity of pSoxR promotor with a RFP.DpB.002 can be use an Input device that can transcribe an electrical signal into the production of a protein. Electrogenetic debug TU, pOxyS is supposed to be activate by a redox reaction itself drived by an electrode working with a potentiostat, if the device is working, bacteria population should turn red.
